Booking conditions
(1) The terms and conditions set out in this section comprise and constitute the agreement between Ski Revolution.com and the named person who makes the electronic booking.

(2) The contract is governed by English law with any action under this contract being heard within the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

(3) A deposit will be required amounting to 25% of the cost of the holiday. Balances are payable 6 weeks prior to arrival in the resort. If a booking is made within this 6 week period, full payment will be required.
Cancellations can only be accepted in writing, either electronically via contact@skirevolution.com or via post and take effect from the day of receipt. The cancellation charges are detailed below.

(4) Rented accommodation must be treated as if it is your own. Subletting is prohibited.

(5) The apartments or chalets are fully furnished and equipped with kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery and bedding. Bed linen is provided, however you do need towels.

(6) If you have a complaint or problem with your accommodation you must bring it to the attention of your resort representative who will make every effort to achieve a satisfactory solution. If you wish to pursue the matter on your return, you must write within 28 days to our UK address. It is a condition of this contract that you communicate any problem to our representative whilst in the resort. If you fail to follow this procedure, we cannot accept responsibility as we have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate and rectify the problem.

(7) All tenants are kindly requested to leave the apartment or chalet in a reasonable state of cleanliness. A 150 euro deposit may be required in resort on your arrival for breakages, damage and in the event of an apartment being found in a poor state, the incurred expenses for cleaning and reconditioning will be charged to the tenant either by deduction from the deposit or invoicing directly to the departing tenant. Damaged or broken furniture will be replaced by items of equal value. The price of the replacement must be paid by the tenant. If any damage is caused by negligence of the tenant, the reconditioning costs will be charged to the tenant.

(8) In the case of a large number of arrivals and departures at the same time, it may not be possible to check the premises with the tenant. In such cases the deposit less any deductions will be despatched to the tenant within one week.

(9) The rental takes effect from 5pm on the day of arrival and ends at 10am on the day of departure (unless previously agreed with Ski Revolution.com). Apartments must be vacated by 10am on the agreed day of departure. Prior arrangement for returning the keys must be made with our representative within the resort.

(10) Any interruption to the general services to the building (heating, hot and cold water, or electricity) or of the public services of water, electricity, and telephone (if applicable) or access does not justify a reduction in rent. Unless any interruption is due to the negligence of the proprietor, Ski Revolution.com, or the apartment owner, cannot be held responsible in case of deprivation or reduction in use.

(11) Ski Revolution.com, or the apartment owner, does not accept any responsibility in the event of theft or for burglary in the rented accommodation or ski lockers.

(12) Ski Revolution.com, or the apartment owner, cannot be held liable or accept responsibility for death, bodily injury or illness caused to any of the tenants. The apartment owners liability in an action (excluding that for personal injury or death) is limited to the value of the invoiced holiday cost. In the event that a member of the party suffers an accident, injury or illness, or representative within the resort will, where appropriate or applicable, offer help, guidance or any assistance that we view to be appropriate.

(13) Insurance cover is obligatory for each person booking a holiday with any of the apartments managed by Ski Revolution.com. Should you require assistance in finding appropriate cover please E mail contact@skirevoltion.com call our office for details.

(14) The lead person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking and will be taken as the responsible adult by Ski Revolution.com

Declaration

A deposit or payment to Ski Revolution.com is taken as acceptance of the companies Terms and Conditions of Booking.
